Ingrid Santos

Hi! I am Ingrid, a UX/UI Designer – Júnior  currently residing in Dublin.

I am working on a volunteer project for Rosalins, a Gift Shop in Ireland.

I have 5 years of experience in architecture where I developed skills in client research, teamwork, a continuous pursuit of feedback, and ongoing improvements. In the field of UX/UI Design, I have further refined these skills through more than 10 different certifications, including SCRUM Foundation – SFPC, Google Analytics,  Agile Methodology and Intro to HTML and CSS.

I actively engage in online communities and follow important design blogs and publications. Some design trends that I find interesting and inspiring include the use of microinteractions to enhance user engagement, the emphasis on accessibility and inclusive design principles, and the rise of voice user interfaces (VUI) and conversational interfaces. I believe these trends contribute to creating more seamless and delightful user experiences.

I’m a polyglot professional (Portuguese, English and Spanish).

I´m an individual driven by challenges, enthusiastic about continuous learning, the opportunity to create interactive and user-friendly experiences that improve people’s lives is what motivates me.

PS: I love to travel, and I have a social media page dedicated to this subject where I assist people.
